If the card is not swiped and you are on a program that offers 1.39%, you will be charged an additional 1.5-2% for those cards. You need an internet/MOTO (Mail, Telephone, Internet) account. The above mentioned is meant ONLY for Retail (90% swiped cards) business. You also need a solution that can allow you to use your own shopping cart if you need to, or provide one for you.
