You can try my merchant account provider, emerchantpay. I applied online and got a merchant account in less than a week. They have a procedures page so you’d be guided accordingly.

If you’re an e-commerce merchant, you’d definitely want to check out http://www.groupbankcard.com since they have everything you need to start accepting credit cards (and free setup).
