How can we trust user advices on merchant sites and price comparison sites ?

More and more people give their advices on products or merchant site regarding delivery or quality of the products.How can we trust these people ? Are they real or just people paid by brands or merchant sites to give us good feedback ?
thats a good ? u can only really trust them by meeting them in real life or if u cant because they live to far or in another state or something like that than either stop buying online and actually go to the store nd buy it but if u like buying online than i dont no what to tell you.
