Is there a good cheap merchant service to use on ebay besides payal?

I refuse to use paypal. This question is actually a few questions. Do you know of a service such as moneybookers (but not them) that is cheap and can be integrated onto ebay? Also, would it work with a savings account instead of checking? Last one, can you use it to pay other people using paypal?

I use Authorize.net and i can refer you to the person who set up my account. If you are a MOTO ( Mail Order, Telephone Order) Merchant. they can give you a merchant account with no monthly fees.
go to http://www.wickeddezigns.com/Payment-Security-Information.html and look over the payment gateway. Also come to my second website ( www.wickedcomputerrescue.webs.com) and i will doo a live chat w/ you if you need.

I think Ebay only accepts Paypal and something called Pro Pay. Yes you can link Paypal to a savings account.
